ComfortCushion is a firm cushion in anti-slip material that is placed under the patient’s knees to prevent the patient from
sliding forward when sitting up in bed. While the patient is prevented from sliding forward, the cushion also prevents
stretching at the back of the thighs, which can otherwise occur when the legs are straight. ComfortCushion is made of a
material wit closed cells, which makes it light and easy to keep clean.

ComfortCushion is part of a series of different models of transfer assistive devices. The choice of model and material is
determined by the patient’s functional capacity and the situations in which the product is to be used.

RoMedic’s products together form the SystemRoMedic concept, which takes a holistic approach to patient transfers.
SystemRoMedic has four categories of transfers: transfer, positioning, support and lifting.
