with the push of a button, and provides dual
time zones, daily calendar, countdown timer,
and full-function alarm with 4-minute snooze.

Turn on the Watch
Press and hold
TALKING
for 3 seconds.

Set the Date and Time
You can set the date and time for two different
time zones, shown as T-1 and T-2.

Press
MODE
repeatedly
until you enter Time 1 or
Time 2 mode.

displays, and the watch
announces the current time.

Press and hold
SET
for 3
seconds to enter time-
setting mode. The hour digits flash.
3.
Press
ADJ
repeatedly to set the hour, or press
and hold to adjust quickly.
4.
Press
SET
. The minute digits flash.
5.
Repeat steps 3 – 4 to set the minute, year,
month, and day.
6.
Press
MODE
to confirm and exit setting mode.
Notes:
• The calendar includes dates from years 2000
to 2099.
• After you set the date, the watch
automatically sets the day of week.
• If you do not press a button for more than
1 minute, the watch returns to the current
time display.

to stop or pause countdown.
Press
ADJ
again to continue countdown.
7.
When the countdown ends, the watch beeps
for 60 seconds. Press any button to stop the
beeps.
8.
To reset the timer to 0:00:00, press
TALKING
twice after the countdown ends.
Notes:
• Press
TALKING
to turn the voice
announcement on or off when less than
1 minute remaining.
• During the countdown, press
MODE
to use
the watch’s other features.
Set the Alarm
To Set the Alarm Time

mode.

Set the Timer
The countdown timer has a maximum
countdown time of 23 hours, 59 minutes.
