2. Cuts holes with diameter:
40mm – 125mm / 40mm – 205mm / 48mm – 305mm
3. Cutting depth: 3-30mm (one-sided) / 60mm (two-sided)
4. Cuts veneer, plywood, gypsum-board, plaster,

MOUNTING THE BLADES

The tungsten carbide blades have to
be mounted as shown in Fig. A + C

The tapered steel blades are
suitable for plastics and acrylic only.

ADJUSTING THE CUTTING DIAMETER

Fig. B:  The blade holders can be repositioned on the
measuring bar.  Use the hexagonal wrench to loosen the
screws and push the blade holders to the required
position.  Both blades must be the same distance away
from the drill position/central point.  Tighten the screws
firmly before cutting.

CAUTION

Before cutting, securely clamp the material to be cut.
Start cutting after carefully setting the pilot drill at the
centre of the desired hole. The circular cutter must not
be used without its protective cover. When using a power
drill, be sure to align the hole cutter so that both blades
start cutting at the same time, gradually cutting through
the work piece. Abrupt contact of the blades with the
work piece may cause the drill to stall or kick back and
result in injury to the operator.
