  Slide one Terminal Insulator

 onto each of the wires (one RED & one BLK) in the Wire Assembly Pigtail 

(B)

 as shown.

Remove one nut from each of the terminal studs on the Back-Up Alarm 

(A)

.

Connect the RED wire of the harness to the (+) positive terminal of the alarm, then connect the BLK wire to the (–) negative terminal on the alarm 
using the nuts from the previous step.

Slide both terminal insulators down so that they completely cover the alarm terminal studs and nuts.
