Cab: Good condition. No rips in the leather seat or buddy seat. No stains or rips in the headliner. Not excessively dirty and no apparent
odor. The cylinder for the door is detached.
Cab Glass: Good condition. No chips, cracks or window fogging. Customer has installed window tinting on all glass.
Cab Systems: Good condition. All heat, A/C and lights appear to be maintained and functioning. No dash warning lights on.
Cab Components: Good condition. Raven Envizio Pro 2 GPS System. All functioning and maintained.
Engine: Cummins QSB Series 173-HP Tier 4F Diesel Engine. Good condition. Readily starts and shuts down crisply.
Transmission: PowerShift Transmission. Good condition. Seemed to shift properly.
Tires: 380/80R38 Front Tires, 380/90R46 Rear Tires. Good condition. Approx. 80% tread life remaining. No side wall damage and no
weather checking.
Mechanical Condition: Good condition. This unit runs, drives and operates as it was manufactured to do.
Applicator Components: Good condition. There are no cracks or gouges in the poly tank, the booms are straight and in working order. All
applicator systems are functioning and maintained. The customer has installed custom made guide wheels onto the booms.
Exterior Condition: Overall good condition. The plastic panel for the hood/engine cover is loose and hanging down. It will need to be glued
back onto the bracket. There are a few small spots with peeling paint on the hood. Small crack in the plastic by the front grill.
Overall Condition: Overall good condition. The plastic panel on the hood/engine cover needs to be glued back to the bracket, but this unit
runs, drives and operates as it was manufactures to do.
Maintenance: No maintenance records were provided by the customer. The customer informed me that all preventative maintenance was
performed by the local Apache dealer.

Inspector Notes: This unit runs, drives and operates as it was manufactured to do but has some cosmetic flaws.
