THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH
THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND
THE HAZARDS INVOLVED. DISCONNECT POWER TO ALL CIRCUITS
BEFORE WIRING FIXTURE. INSTALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ALL NATIONAL, STATE, AND LOCAL CODES. DO NOT CONNECT
TO AN UNGROUNDED SUPPLY. READ ALL FIXTURE MARKINGS
AND LABELS TO ENSURE CORRECT INSTALLATION OF FIXTURE.

T8 SERIES – LED
WARNING
– Risk of fire or electric shock. T8-LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not
qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician. Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction
features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings.
Install this retrofit kit only in Kenall luminaires designed for 4' fluorescent T8 G13 (medium bi-pin) lamps, operating at a voltage of
120-277VAC, 50/60Hz, and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire. Existing lamp
holder sockets and wires within the fixture are retained; lamp holder sockets may be either shunted or non-shunted type, (instant start or
programmed\rapid start). Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
WARNING
- To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects. Inspect lamp
holder sockets for damage; replace any damaged components prior to retrofit kit installation. Do not disconnect existing wires from lamp
holder sockets - connections will be made to existing lamp holder wiring by cutting existing lamp holder leads away from the lamp holder
and make new electrical connections to lamp holder lead wires by employing supplied wire connectors.
