•Warning:  Strings can cause strangulation!  Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.  
Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys. Keep wall decorations, especially those with strings, letely out of a child’s reach.
•DO NOT place a bassinet/cradle near a window where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child. 
•FALL HAZARD: To prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 20lbs, 
whicheve comes first. 
•Check fasteners periodically for tightness.  Do not overtighten.  This may cause distortion or breakage.
•Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic films as pad cover because they can cause suffocation.

•Do not tie pacifiers, necklaces, or any other items around a child’s neck or on rocker parts. This could cause strangulation

•Parents should ensure a safe enviroment for their child by checking the rocker regularly before placing the child in the product. Please
make sure that every component is properly and securely in place

•If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the bassinet or cradle manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the
dimension of the bassinet or craddle mattress.

•Use a bassinet as a bassinet  , not as a play pen. It is not a substitute for parent supversion.

•To help prevent strangulation, tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of body or clothing on loose fasteners.
•To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless 
otherwise advised by your physician.

Read all instructions before assembling crib.  Follow all product warnings on rocker.
