Page 3: ...時間舒解油管內的油壓爲了在油不足時能使被潤滑的機器得到保護 YET R 注油機可與機械的控制系統連接將機器停止此外 YET R 裝有警報器可在油位到達下限前發出信號通知操作人員亦可將注油機和電腦或應用系統聯機以加強警報功能 YET R 的設計是以間歇方式潤滑在這些機台上都附有間歇時間調整鈕可以設定間歇時間間隔 YET R 附有潤滑時間調整旋鈕可以設定潤滑時間對 YET R 注油機間歇時間可設定由小於 1 分鐘到 180 分鐘潤滑時間設定範圍亦可由 2 到 180 秒最大吐出量爲 200ml min 也就是 3 33 ml sec 注意潤滑與間歇時間的設定值一般誤差約在 20 左右建議客戶在設定潤滑和間歇時間時數字在 5 以上最好以 5 的倍數遞增潤滑時間和間歇時間在 5 以下可能會出現較大誤差 2 基礎操作 2 1 安全措施 2 1 1 安裝前安裝前...

Page 8: ...由 2 秒到 180 秒 YET R 的潤滑時間旋鈕歸零時最短的潤滑時間為 2 秒 3 3 間歇時間有兩種啟動模式開機潤滑和開機間歇開機潤滑是以潤滑模式啟動亦即在注油機一接上電源啟動時即先對各個潤滑點進行一次供油潤滑然後再依設定好的時間值運作因爲油在機器上太久沒運轉可能會蒸發或流失掉開機潤滑模式可以避免因上述情形而造成傷害開機間歇模式則是一接上電源就進入間歇模式本公司注油機以開機潤滑模式設定出廠除非客戶指定 YET R 的間歇時間可由 1 分鐘到 180 分鐘 YET R 注油機間歇時間歸零爲 30 秒轉動間歇時間設定旋鈕圖十在間歇指示燈綠燈會亮注意時間設定的誤差值約在 20 以內間歇時間須為潤滑時間的 5 倍以上建議最短間歇時間為 3 分鐘 ...
