IMAGE DYNAMICS USA warrants this product is fre e from defects in
material and wo rkmanship for a period of 1 (one) year f rom date of original
purchase when installed by an authorized retailer or in a retailer approved
installation, this must be indicated in writing on the ori ginal sales receipt .
Ninet y (90) day s if not installed by an authorized deal er or in an
authorized retailer approved installation.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original retail
purchaser of th e product from an aut horized IMAGE DYNAMI CS USA
Retailer. Upon inspection by Image Dynamics USA should service be
necessary und er this warranty for any reason due t o manufacturing
defects IMAG E DYNAMICS will, at it s sole discret ion, re pair or replace the
defective produ ct with new or re-manufactured product at no charge.
This warrant y i s limited and does not cover claims for damage caused by
misuse, abuse , neglect, alt eration, or burnt or overheat ed voice coils,
normal wear and tear, and is limited to material failure s or defects arising
during normal u se in a dealer approved inst allation.
All warranty returns should be sent to IMAG E DYNAMICS USA freight
prepaid throug h an authorized IMAG E DYNAMI CS USA retailer and must
be accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales
receipt). Direct returns f rom consumers or non-authori zed ret ailers will be
refused unles s specif ically authorized by IMAGE DYNAMICS USA
cust omer servi ce with a valid return authorizat ion num ber. This warranty
does not cover the cost of removing or reinstalling the s peakers.
No other warra nt ies are expressed or implied.
In no event will IMAGE DYNAMICS be liable for incidental, consequent ial,
or other damag es resulting from the use of this product, this includes but is
not limited t o, damage to hearing, property or person, damage based
upon inconvenience or on loss of use of the product , and, to t he ext ent
permitted by la w, damages for personal injury.
This warranty gives you specific legal right s, and yo u may have other
rights, which v ary from st ate to state. This warrant y a pplies to products
sold and used in the United St ates of America. I n a ll other count ries,
