DESCRIZIONE
CTP31 è una centrale per montaggio
ad incasso collegabile fino a 3 sensori
remoti di tipo catalitico per gas
infiammabili. Possono essere collegati
sia i sensori tarati per Metano sia quelli
per GPL.
Il grado di protezione del pannello
frontale della centrale è IP44 ma
assumerà quello del contenitore in cui
verrà inserita. CTP31 viene
normalmente alimentata da rete ma
può essere collegata ad una
alimentazione esterna a 12Vcc (es.
unità con batterie tampone a 12Vcc
nostro mod.PS175).
In Fig.1 è illustrato un esempio di
collegamento da rete con sirena ed
elettrovalvola normalmente chiusa.
Sulla targa frontale sono visibili tre
barre Led verticali che indicano lo stato
di funzionamento e la concentrazione di
gas rilevata da ogni sensore. E' dotato
di due livelli di allarme con uscite a relè
di tipo sigillato normalmente eccitati
con contatti in scambio liberi da
tensione.
Quando la concentrazione di gas
raggiunge il 10% del LEL si illumina il
3° Led rosso e interviene il primo relè
"ALARM1" che normalmente
viene utilizzato come preallarme per
comandare una sirena (SE301A).
DESCRIPTION
The CTP31 is a board-mounted gas
detector. It can be connected up to
three remote catalytic sensors for
flammable gases calibrated for Meth-
ane (model ST441/M) or LPG (model
ST441/G) rated to IP44.
The CTP31 is rated to IP44, but once
panel mounted it will get the IP protec-
tion of the housing inside which it has
been installed. The CTP31 is normally
powered by mains, but can also be
connected to an external power supply
at 12Vdc (e.g. to a buffer battery unit
12Vdc model PS175).
Fig.1 shows typical mains supply wiring
diagram with alarm siren and normally
closed solenoid valve.
On the front plate three vertical LED
bars shows both the working condition
and the gas concentration being
detected by each sensor. The
instrument has two alarm levels with
sealed-type output relays, normally
activated, with tension-free change
over contacts.
When the gas concentration attains
10%LEL (illumination of the 3rd red
LED), the 1st relay "ALARM 1" will
deactivate. This relay is normally used
as a prealarm for the controlling of a
siren (model SE301A).
DESCRIPTION
Le CTP31 est une centrale de détection
de gaz pour montage en tableau pou-
vant recevoir 3 sondes à distance de
type catalytique pour gaz inflammables
tarées pour le m‚thane ou pour le GPL
avec protection boîtier IP44. L'indice de
protection de la face avant de la cen-
trale est IP44, mais en cas de montage
dans un boîtier il assurera l'indice de
protection de celui-ci. Le CTP31 est
aliment‚ normalement en 230Vca, mais
il peut être raccordé à une alimentation
extérieure 12Vcc (par exemple une ali-
mentation secourue avec batterie en
tampon 12Vcc modèle PS175).
En figure 1, un exemple de raccorde-
ment sur secteur avec sirène d'alarme
et électrovanne normalement fermée.
Sur la face avant de la centrale l'on dis-
tingue 3 barre graphes verticaux indi-
quant l'état de fonctionnement ainsi
que la concentration de gaz détectée
par chaque sonde.
L'appareil est dot‚ de 2 seuils d'alarme
avec sorties sur relais de type, tanche
fonctionnant normalement excités avec
contacts inverseurs libres de ten-
sion.(Sécurité positive). Lorsque la
concentration de gaz rejoint 10% de la
LIE à laquelle correspond l'allumage de
la 3ème LED rouge, le 1er relais inter-
vient en se désexcitant (ALARM1).
