or with water of unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the filter.

Test Conditions

pH: 6.5–8.5
Water Temperature: 72°–75°F (22°–24°C)

Operating Requirements

Filter Capacity: Each filter is certified for 40 gallons (150 L) or approximately
80 pitchers, which lasts an average family at least two months.
Water Temperature: Max 85°F (30°C), Min 35°F (2°C).

Wash the pitcher, lid and reservoir with soap and warm water and rinse
thoroughly. DO NOT WASH FILTER CARTRIDGE. Pitcher, reservoir

with fresh water.

All parts EXCEPT THE FILTER CARTRIDGE should be washed regularly.
It is important to keep food and beverage equipment clean and sanitary.

Pitcher, reservoir and lid ARE NOT DISHWASHER-SAFE.

Your new GE Water Filtration Pitcher comes complete with a filter. Each filter gives you up to 40 gallons (150 L) or 2 months of great-tasting water.
Filter should be changed after 2 months of use.

incoming water. It does not mean that water
leaving the system is safer to drink than
water entering the system.

entering the system was reduced to a concentration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified in NSF/ANSI 42 and 53.

Actual performance may vary with local water conditions.
