Visual Y20-6000 re-lamp procedure
Lamp removal
Shut down power
to the
illuminator before removing
cover
Remove upper Philips head
screws located on the front
and back of 6004 cover
Lift off the cover ...
… and set aside.
The Y20-6000 is the
indicated assembly
Locate the indicated 2-wire
lamp connector plug
Separate the connecter as
shown
Using two fingers to support
the assembly …
… unscrew top two Phillips
head screws as shown
Carefully remove the old Y20-6000
from the illuminator chassis
