BEFORE FIRST USE:
Place clock in direct light (sunlight or artificial) for at least 12 hours to
activate the fluorescent glow-in-the-dark numerals and hands.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1) Remove battery cover and insert one 1.5V AA battery into the holder ensuring polarities are
correct and ribbon is wrapped around battery with lose end facing out.
2) Press battery firmly into place, tuck ribbon inside and slot cover back into place.
3) To set the time, rotate the adjusting wheel on the back of the clock.
4) To set the alarm, turn the wheel until the alarm hand is set to the desired time on the dial.
5) To activate the alarm move the switch to the ON position. To stop the alarm, move the switch to
the OFF position.
6) To activate the light press and hold the large switch on top of the clock.
7) Remove the battery if you don’t use the clock for a long period of time. If the battery is dead
ensure it is replaced with a new battery of the same type.
8) To replace the battery, remove battery cover, gently pull the ribbon then follow steps 1 and 2.
9) Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Remove rechargeable batteries
before recharging.
10) Rechargeable batteries should be recharged under adult supervision.

containers.
• Dispose of the appliance at the end of its life span according to environmental considerations.
