Table saw

We recommend: Read through the complete text in the operating instructions before installing and 
commissioning the device. The operating instructions are intended to help the user to become 
familiar with the machine and take advantage of its application possibilities in accordance with the 
recommendations. The operating instructions contain important information on how to operate the 
machine safely, professionally and economically, how to avoid danger, costly repairs, reduce down 
times and how to increase reliability and service life of the machine. In addition to the safety regula-
tions in the operating instructions, you have to meet the applicable regulations that apply for the 
operation of the machine in your country. Keep the operating instructions package with the machine 
at all times and store it in a plastic cover to protect it from dirt and moisture. Read the instruction 
manual each time before operating the machine and carefully follow its information. The machine 
can only be operated by persons who were instructed concerning the operation of the machine and 
who are informed about the associated dangers. The minimum age requirement must be complied 
with. In addition to the safety requirements in these operating instructions and your country’s appli-
cable regulations, you should observe the generally recognized technical rules concerning the 
operation of woodworking machines.

1. SYMBOLS MAYBE USE IN LABEL OR MANUAL

• Turn the handle wheel to set the desired angle on the scale and lock the grip (5).
• Lock the handle wheel (7) again in the required angle position.

9.4 Parallel stop

9.4.1 Stop height (Pic.11 &11.1&Pic.12&12.1)
• The fence(4-1) for the parallel stop (4) has two different guide faces (high and low).
• For thin material (with a work piece thickness of less than 25 mm) you must use the fence(4-1) as 
shown in Pic.12; For thick material you must use the fence(4-1) as shown in Pic.12.1

9.4.2 Turning the fence (Pic.11&11.1)

• First undo the nuts (4a) to turn the parallel stop(4).
• The parallel stop(4) can now by pulled off the guide rail (4b) and can be pushed back over it with 
the appropriate guide.
• Retighten the nuts (4a).

9.4.3 Cutting width (Pic.13)

• The parallel stop (4) has to be used when making longitudinal cuts in wooden workpieces.
• The parallel stop (4)should be mounted on the right-hand side of the saw blade (16).
• Place the parallel stop(4) on the the scale plate (18) .
• Set the parallel stop (4) for the required dimension using the inspection window (19) and secure it 
using the eccentric lever for the parallel stop handle (20).

9.5 Adjusting the parallel stop (Pic.14)

Remove protective cap
• Set the saw blade (16) to maximum cutting depth.( see 9.3.1) 
• Set the parallel stop (4) so that the fence (4-1) touches the saw blade (setting for thick material, 
also see Point 9.4.1).
• If the parallel stop (4) is not in line with the saw blade (16), undo the screws (m) on the parallel stop 
until the parallel stop (4) can be adjusted in line with the saw blade (16) (Pic.14).
• Re-tighten the screws (m).

9.5 Cross stop (Pic.15&16)

1.Slide the part (2e) of cross stop (2) into the groove (18) of the table (Pic.16).Loosen the handle 
screw (2a). Turn the cross stop (2) until the required angle is set. The arrow(2d) of part (2e) indicates 
the set angle.
2.Re-tighten the handle screw (2a).
• When cutting you can use the fence (4-1) from parallel stop (4) to extend the length of the cross 
stop (2) 
• To extend the cross stop (2) with the fence (4-1), the fence (4-1) must be removed of the parallel 
stop (4).
Now mount the fence (see 9.4.1) 
Important.
• Do not push the fence (4-1) too far toward the blade.
• The distance between the fence (4-1) and the blade (16) should be approx. 2 cm (Fig. 31)

9.6 Changing the table insert (Pic. 16)
IMPORTANT!

 Pull out the power plug.

1. To prevent increased likelihood of injury, the table insert (17) should be changed whenever it is 
worn or damaged.
2. Remove the 2 countersunk head screws (17a&17b).
3. Take out the worn table insert (17).
4. Fit the replacement table insert by following the above in reverse.

9.7 Fitting/changing the blade (Pic.17)

1. Important. Pull out the power plug and wear protective gloves.
2. Dismantle the saw blade guard (3) Refer to ( 9.3)
3. Remove the table insert refer to (9.6)
4. Undo the nut with a wrench (size 24) on the nut itself and a second fork wrench(size 22) on the
motor shaft to apply counter pressure (Pic.18).
5. 

IMPORTANT!

 Turn the nut in the direction of rotation of the saw blade.

6. Take off the outer flange and pull the old saw blade off the inner flange by dropping the blade at 
an angle.
7. Clean the saw blade flange thoroughly with a wire brush before fitting the new saw blade.
8. Mount and fasten the new saw blade in reverse order.

8. OPERATION

WARNING!

 As with all power tools, there are potential hazards involved with the use of this table 

saw. It is, therefore, vital to ensure you read, understand and apply all the safety instructions. Fami-
liarize yourself again with the specific safety rules for each step of the following operation. Failure to 
do so may cause serious damage and/or personal injury and may invalidate your warranty. Discon-
nect the saw from the mains power before making adjustments or changing blades. Ensure that all 
clamps, screws and nuts are secure and that the blade is in good condition and correctly mounted. 
ALWAYS have the blade guard down before turning on the saw. Wear approved safety eye protec-
tion.

10.1 Making longitudinal cuts (Pic.18)

Longitudinal cutting (also known as slitting) is when you use the saw to cut along the grain of the 
wood. Press one edge of the workpiece against the parallel stop (4&4-1) while the flat side lies on 
the saw table . The blade guard (3) must always be lowered over the workpiece. When you make a 
longitudinal cut, never adopt a working position that is in line with the cutting direction.
• Set the parallel stop (4) in accordance with the workpiece height and the desired width. (See 9.4.3)
• Switch on the saw.
• Place your hands (with fingers closed) flat on the workpiece and push the workpiece along the 
parallel stop (4) and into the blade (16).
• Guide at the side with your left or right hand (depending on the position of the parallel stop) only 

as far as the front edge of the saw blade guard (3).
• Always push the workpiece through to the end of the splitter (13).
• The offcut piece remains on the saw table  until the blade (16) is back in its position of rest.
• Secure long workpieces against falling off at the end of the cut (e.g. with a roller stand etc.) (e.g. 
roller table etc.)

10.1.1 Cutting narrow workpieces (Pic.19) 

Be sure to use a push stick (11) when making longitudinal cuts in workpieces smaller than 120 mm in 
width. A push block is supplied with the saw! Replace a worn or damaged push stick immediately.
• Adjust the parallel stop to the width of workpiece you require. (see 9.4.3)
• Feed in the workpiece with two hands. Always use the push stick (11) in the area of the saw blade.
• Always push the workpiece through to the end of the splitter. m Caution! With short workpieces, 
use the push stick from the beginning.

10.1.2 Making angular cuts (Pic. 20) 

Angular cuts must always be made using the parallel stop/fence  (4&4-1).
• Set the blade (16) to the desired angle. (See 9.1)
• Set the parallel stop (4) in accordance with the workpiece width and height (see 9.4.3)
• Carry out the cut in accordance with the workpiece width (see 10.1).

10.1.3 Making cross cuts (Pic.21)

• Slide the cross stop (2) into one of the grooves (18a/18b) in the table and adjust to the required 
angle. (see 9.1). If you also want to tilt the blade (16), use the groove (18a) which prevents your hand 
and the cross stop from making contact with the blade guard.
• Use the stop rail (2b).
• Press the workpiece firmly against the cross stop (2).
• Switch on the saw.
• Push the cross stop (2) and the workpiece toward the blade in order to make the cut.
• 

IMPORTANT: 

Always hold the guided part of the workpiece. Never hold the part which is to be cut 

off.
• Push the cross stop (2) forward until the workpiece is cut all the way through.
• Switch off the saw again. Do not remove the offcut until the blade has stopped rotating

10.2 Cutting particle boards

To prevent the cutting edges from cracking when working with particle boards, you should not set 
the saw blade (16) more than 5mm greater than the thickness of the workpiece (also see 9.3.1).

9.1 Assembling the base frame (Pic.4-Pic.7)

1. Turn the saw upside down and place it on the floor.
2. Use round head screws (d), Flat washer (c) and Spring washers (b) and nuts (a)to fasten the four 
support stands(8) loosely to the saw (Pic.4),each support stands will use 2 sets screws.For this 
please use the Open-ended wrench. 
3. Now use round head screws (d), Flat washer (c) and Spring washers (b) and nuts (a)to fasten the 
four support stands (8-1) to the support stands (8).(as Pic.5) Secure the support stands

with round head screw into each other. (Pic.5)
4. Now mount the four rubber feet (15) on the support stands(8) (Pic.6)
5. Screw the stability bars (10) to the bore holes on the rear support stands using 2 round head 
screws (d), flat washer(c), spring washers (b), nuts (a) on each side. (Pic .7)
6. Finally, tighten all screws and nuts on the base frame.

9.2 Fitting the table width extension (Pic.8)

1. Loosely fasten the width extension table (1) to the saw table using the three combined hex screws 
(e), flat washer(c) , spring washer (b) and nut (a) (Pic.8).
2 .Loosely screw the one side of extension table support bar (9) to the holes on side of saw table 
with the three combined hex screws (e), flat washer(c) , spring washer (b) and nut (a).Then use only 
three combined hex screws (e) to loosely screw the other side of extension table support bar to the 
holes on saw frame (Pic.8). 
3. Turn the saw together with the body frame and place on the floor. 
4. Align the table width extension level with the saw table . 
5. Finally, tighten all screws.

7. INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

Before starting the equipment

• The equipment must be set up where it can stand securely, i.e. it should be bolted to a workbench, 
a universal base frame or similar.
• All covers and safety devices have to be properly fitted before the equipment is switched on.
• It must be possible for the blade to run freely.
• When working with wood that has been processed before, watch out for foreign bodies such as 
nails or screws, etc.
• Before you press the ON/OFF switch check that the saw blade is fitted correctly. Moving parts 
must run smoothly.
• Before you connect the equipment to the power supply make sure the data on the rating plate are 
dentical to the mains data.
• Connect the machine to a properly installed protective contact socket, with at least 16A circuit 
breaker.
Attachment Important. Pull out the power plug before carrying out any maintenance, resetting or  
assembly work on the circular saw! Place all parts supplied on a flat surface. Grouping equal parts.

NOTE:

 If compounds with a bolt (round head / or hexagon), hex nuts and washers are backed up, 

the washer must be fitted under the nut.Insert screws each from outside to inside. Secure connec-
tions with nuts on the inside.

NOTE:

  Tighten the nuts and bolts during assembly only to the extent that they can not fall down. If 

you tighten the nuts and bolts prior to final assembly, final assembly can not be performed.

make a better evaluation of the hazard and risk.

5. MAINTENANCE

 

WARNING! 

Prior to any adjustment, maintenance or service work disconnect the mains 

 

power plug!

• Only those maintenance and fault elimination tasks described in these operating instructions may 
be carried out. Any other tasks must be completed by a specialist.
• Only use original replacement parts. Only these replacement parts are designed and suitable for 
use with the machine. Other replacement parts will not only lead to an invalidation of the warranty, 
they may also endanger you and your environment.Make sure all screw connections are firmly in 
place and if loosen , then tighten it by screw driver or spanner . 
With a soft broom or brush clear the wood dust from the ventilation openings and moving compo-
nents on a regular basis Lubricate all moving metal part if necessary 
The following maintenance work has to be carried out every 50 operation hours or when necessary , 
make sure all screw connections are firmly in place and if necessary screw them down and tighter . 
With a soft brush clear the caked dust from the ventilation opening an moving components on a 
regular basis 
• Pull out the mains plug for any adjustment or repair tasks.
• The generation of noise is influenced by various factors, including the characteristics of saw 
blades, condition of saw blade and electric tool. Use saw blades which were designed for reduced 
noise development, insofar as possible. Maintain the electric tool and tool attachments regularly 
and if necessary, initiate repairs in order to reduce noise.
• Report faults on the electric tool, protective devices or the tool attachment to the person responsi-
ble for safety as soon as they are discovered.
The maximum permissible system impedance is Zmax<0.31

Ω

 at the interface point of the user’s 

supply. The user should determine in consultation with the supply authority, if necessary, that the 
equipment is connected only to a supply of that impedance or less.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

          CAUTION! 

This product shall not be discarded with household waste but that it shall be 

 

returned to a collection system which conforms to the European WEEE Directive. 

 

Contact your local authorities or stockist for advice on recycling. It will then be recycled or 

 

dismantled in order to reduce the impact on the environment. Electric and electronic

 

equipment can be hazardous for the environment and for human health since they contain 

 

hazardous substances.

 Recycling 

 

The packaging consists of cardboard and correspondingly marked plastics that can be 

 recycled.

Operating mode S6 40%: Continuous operation with intermittent loading (playing time 10 min).
Engine protection of to hot warming up:It´s allowed to run the engine with nominal power maximum 
40% of playing time. After this the machine must run 60% of playing time steadily without load.
The figures quoted are emission levels and are not necessarily safe working levels.  Whilst there is a 
correlation between the emission and exposure levels, this cannot be used reliably to determine 
whether or not further precautions are required.  Factors that influence the actual level of exposure 
of the workforce include the characteristics of the work room and the other sources of noise, etc., 
i.e. the number of machines and other adjacent processes. Also the permissible exposure level can 

2. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Proper use of the product

The machine is designed for trimming as well as cutting wood and plastic both lengthwise and 
cross-wise (only with cross stopper), in accordance with the size of the machine. The machine is not 
designed to cut firewood. Round pieces may not be sawed as they may be twisted by the rotating 
saw blade. Only the saw blades suitable for the machine may be used (carbide blades). The use of 
high-speed steel or chrome vanadium blades and cutting wheels of any type is not permitted. The 
machine may not be used in areas prone to explosion.
The machine must be operated in accordance with the specifications made in the instruction 
manual. The machine is not designed for commercial, trade or industrial use.

          

ATTENTION!

 The following basic safety measures must be observed when

          Using electric tools for protection against electric shock, and the risk of injury and
          fire. Read all these notices before using the electric tool and keep the safety instructions 
          for later reference.

1. Keep work area clear.
  Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
2. Consider work area environment.
  Do not expose tools to rain.
  Do not use tools in damp or wet locations.
  Keep work area well lit.
  Do not use tools in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.
3. Guard against electric shock
  Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators, ranges, refrigerators).
4. Keep other persons away
  Do not let persons, especially children, not involved in the work touch the tool or the extension 
cord and keep them away from the work area.
5. Store idle tools
  When not in use, tools should be stored in a dry locked-up place, out of reach of children.
6. Do not force the tool
  It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.
7. Use the right tool
  Do not force small tools to do the job of a heavy duty tool.
  Do not use tools for purposes not intended; for example, do not use circular saws to cut tree limbs   
  or logs.
8. Dress properly
  Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery, they can be caught in moving parts.
  Non-skid footwear is recommended when working outdoors.
  Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
9. Use protective equipment
  Use safety glasses.
  Use face or dust mask if working operations create dust.
10. Connect dust extraction equipment
   If the tool is provided for the connection of dust extraction and collecting equipment, ensure these 
are connected and properly used.
11. Do not abuse the cord
   Never yank the cord to disconnect it from the socket. Keep the cord away from the heat, oil and   

  sharp edges.
12. Secure work
   Where possible use clamps or a vice to hold the work. It is safer than using your hand.
13. Do not overreach
   Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
14. Maintain tools with care
   Keep cutting tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance. Follow instruction for lubri
  cating and changing accessories. Inspect tool cords periodically and if damaged have them repai
  red by an authorized service facility.Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged. 
  Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
15. Disconnect tools
  When not in use, before servicing and when changing accessories such as blades, bits and 
  cutters, disconnect tools from the power supply.
16. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches
   Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool   
  before turning it on.
17. Avoid unintentional starting
  Ensure switch is in “off” position when plugging in.
18. Use outdoor extension leads
  When the tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for outdoor use and so marked.
19. Stay alert
   Watch what you are doing, use common sense and do not operate the tool when you are tired.
20. Check damaged parts
  Before further use of tool, it should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly 
  and perform its intended function.
  Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting and 
  any other conditions that may affect its operation.
  A guard or other parts that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorized 
  service center unless otherwise indicated in this instruction manual.
  Have defective switches replaced by an authorized service centre.
  Do not use tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
21. Warning
  The use of any accessory of attachment other than one recommended in this instruction manual 
may present a risk of personal injury.
22. Have your tool repaired by a qualified person
  This electric tool complies with the relevant safety rules. Repairs should only be carried out by 
  qualified persons using original spare parts, otherwise this may result in considerable danger to 
  the user.

Safety tips for electronic devices

 

WARNING!

 This electric tool generates an electromagnetic field during operation. This field  

 

can impair active or passive medical implants under certain conditions. In order to prevent 

 

the risk of serious or deadly injuries, we recommend that persons with medical implants 

 

consult with their physician and the manufacturer of the medical implant prior to operating 

 

the electric tool.

• The machine may only be connected to a socket which is a correctly installed earthed socket.
• The fuse must be a residual current circuit-breaker with a measured residual current of no more 
 than 30 mA.
• Make sure that the power supply corresponds with the connection specification of the machine 

 before it is connected.
• The machine may only be used within the specified limitations for voltage, power and nominal 
 rotation speed.
• If necessary, only use extension cords that are appropriate for both the machine and the environ-
ment. If in doubt, ask an expert in electrical matters.
• Never operate the machine in a damp or wet environment.
• Never work in the rain.
• Never lift the machine by the cable or use the cable for any other purpose.
• If the power cable is damaged, immediately pull out the plug. Never use a machine with a dama-
ged power cable.
• When using the machine, do not touch earthed objects (radiators, water pipes etc.).
• If the machine is not in use, make sure the plug is pulled out.
• Make sure that the machine is switched off before unplugging it.
• Plug the power plug before transporting the machine.

Operation / Workplace

• The machine may only be used if it is in perfect working order. If the machine or part of the machi-
ne is defective, have it repaired by a specialist.
• Always comply with the all applicable domestic and international safety, health, and working 
regulations.
• The machine may only be taken into operation when a check detects no faults. If a part is defecti-
ve, it must be replaced before the device is used again.
• When operating, ensure that there is sufficient illumination.
• Make sure you are positioned firmly when working with the machine.
• Make sure that flammable materials or materials that may explode are kept out of the immediate 
vicinity.
• People under the age of 18 and people not sufficiently familiar with the operation of the machine 
should not be permitted to operate it.
• People who do not have the physical, mental or sensory abilities to operate the machine carefully 
and safely may not be permitted to use it.
• Exercise caution and only work when in a good condition: Operating when you are tired, ill, or 
under the influence of alcohol, prescription medication or drugs is irresponsible as you will be 
unable to operate the machine safely.

3. STORAGE

Store the device and its accessories in a dark, dry and frost-proof place that is inaccessible to 
children. The optimum storage temperature is between 5 and 30˚C. Store the electrical tool in its 
original packaging. Cover the electrical tool in order to protect it from dust and moisture. Store the 
operating manual with the electrical tool.

4. TRANSPORT
 

1. Turn off the power tool before any transport and disconnect it from the power supply. 
2. Apply the power tool at least one people to use the handle and wheels to make transportation.
3. Protect the power tool from knocks, bumps and strong vibrations, such as during transport in 
vehicles. 
4. Secure the power tool against overturning and sliding. 
5. Never use the safety devices for handling or transporting purposes. 

9.3 Fitting / removing the saw blade guard

1.Turn the round handle (7)in clockwise to set the blade to the required cutting depth.
2. The distance between the blade and the splitter (13) should be max. 5 mm. (Pic. 9).
3.Place the saw blade guard (3) together with the screw which is fixed together with the saw blade 
guard when you take out from package, so you need loose the screw from saw blade guard firstly 
and then make it on top of the splitter (13) so that the screw is snug in the hole (as Pic.10).
4. To dismantle, proceed in reverse order.
Important! The saw blade guard (3) must always be lowered over the workpiece before you begin to 
cut.

9.3.1 Cutting depth (Pic. 9.1)

• Turn anti-clockwise: larger cutting depth.
• Turn clockwise: smaller cutting depth.
After each new adjustment it is advisable to carry out a trial cut in order to check the set dimen-
sions.

9.3.2 Setting the angle (Pic.9.1)

With the table saw you can make diagonal cuts to the left oriented to the stop bar from 0 ° to 45 °. 
Check before each cut, that between the fence(4-1), ruler (2) and the saw blade (16) a collision is not 
possible.
• Undo the Adjusting and locking grip(5)
