1.  INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION

1.1 

General description

The

 Z31V

 is a digital electronic microprocessor thermometer 

equipped with functions for temperature alarms.
The instrument has 

1 input

 for 

PTC or NTC temperature 

probes

 and 

can be equipped

 with 

either an internal 

buzzer  or a relay output

 for alarm signaling.

The 

Z31SV

 differs from the standard model in aesthetics and 

the 

capacitive touch keyboard

 called  “S-touch”.
