 Arkon 

strongly recommends

 using a securing strap to 

provide extra protection for your device.  Failure to do so may result 
in damage to your device.  Do not operate portable devices while 
riding.  Arkon Resources, Inc. assumes no liability for safety of bicycle 
rider or portable device.

Choose a suitable location on the handlebars of your bicycle 
in which to mount the pedestal.

Unscrew the wing nut 

(A)

 and remove the screw in order to 

open the notch cover plate 

(B)

 so pedestal can be placed 

around the handlebars.

Wrap the rubber rings

 around the handlebar and re-clip 

the notch cover plate

 around the rubber rings.  Tighten 

the assembly by twisting the wing nut

 until it stops.

If your Magellan device has dual-T slots on the back, attach 
the unit to the bicycle mount by connecting the dual T-slots

 to the dual T-tabs of the mount

retighten the swivel tightening knob

Connect Adapter Plate to Device

Insert the adapter plate into the vertical groove pattern on 
the back of the GPS unit (not included, sold separately.)

Connect the dual T-slots
