FAILURE TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED CLEARANCES 
(AIR SPACES) TO COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.  IT 
IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE THAT THIS 
CHIMNEY BE INSTALLED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE 
WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
