The following table describes the labels on the rear panel.

DESCRIPTION
POWER
Use the included power adaptor to connect this port to an appropriate power
source.
RESET
You only need to use this button when you have changed the device login
password and have now forgotten it.
Note:
Using the
RESET
button erases all custom settings and
resets the device back to the factory defaults.
Use a pointed object to press this button in for more than 10 seconds and release.
The device resets to the factory default settings and automatically restarts.
USB
Connect a USB storage device to this port to configure wireless settings on
wireless clients using the Windows Wireless Now feature (currently available on
Windows XP with service pack 2). Refer to
for more
information.
ON OFF
Use this switch to enable (ON) or disable (OFF) the wireless LAN on the device.
WAN
Use the Ethernet cable that comes with your DSL/cable modem to connect to
the Ethernet port on the DSL/cable modem.
LAN 1 .. 4
Use Ethernet cables to connect up to four computers to the ZyXEL Device. To
connect more than four computers, use a switch.
