For GS1100- 8HP and GS1100- 16, you can place the Switch directly on top of your desk or have it
wall- m ounted. For GS1100- 16 and GS110- 24, the size is suitable for rack- m ounting and you can
refer to
Section 2.3.2 on page 14
for inst ruct ion. Take not e of t he following:
• The Swit ch should have a m inim um 25 m m space around it for ventilat ion.
• The Switch should be placed in a desk that has a level surface and that is able t o support the
weight of the Switch.
To start using it, sim ply connect the power cables and turn on the Switch.
