About The Symbols
Various symbols are used in this manual, the user’s manual and on the product itself to ensure
correct usage, to prevent danger to the user and others, and to prevent property damage. The
meanings of these symbols are described below. It is important that you read these descriptions

Explanation of the symbols

Explanation
Alternating current (AC):
AC is an electric current in which the flow of electric charge periodically
reverses direction.
Direct current(DC):
DC is the unidirectional flow or movement of electric charge carriers.
Earth; ground:
A wiring terminal intended for connection of a Protective Earthing
Conductor.
Class II equipment:
The method of protection against electric shock in the case of class II
equipment is either double insulation or reinforced insulation.
