Trouble Shooting

When the phonee does not work properly, users may try the following methods to recover the phone or gather

relative information and send an issue report to support.

9.1 Get Phone System Information

Users may get the phone system information by pressing [Settings] -> [Status]. The following basic

information will be provided:

9.2 Upgrade to the latest software

ZYCOO will keep publishing software update to fix bugs and improve phone features. Please download

firmware package from ZYCOO official website to upgrade your phone.

9.3 Reboot Phone

Users may reboot the phone from soft-menu, [Menu] -> [Reboot System], and confirm the action by [Yes]. Or,

simply remove the power supply and restore it again.

9.4 Reset Phone to Factory Default

Reset phone to Factory Default will erase all user configurations, preferences, database and profiles on the

phone and restore the phone back to the state as factory default.

To perform a factory default reset, user should do it by [Menu] -> [Settings] -> [Advanced settings], and then

input the password. Then choose [Reset to Default] and press [Enter], and confirm the action by [Yes]. The

phone will then reboot and reset to factory default state.
