• Learn and practice how to stop your bounce properly before
attempting more advanced moves.
• Inspect the trampoline before each use. Ensure all parts are
tightened and replace any loose, worn, defective, or missing parts.
• Dress appropriately before using the trampoline. For example,
avoid any loose-fitting clothing that could be caught.

trampoline is dangerous and would cause

• Never use the trampoline on an unlevel surface.

• The rule of thumb should be one person at a time on the trampo-
line because it would increase the chance of serious injuries if
several persons play together.
• Do not jump into/off the trampoline. Always step in/off the jumping
