18. NOZZLE HOLDER

The sprayer has a standard single-nozzle holder with a membrane valve and ceramic nozzles.

Every nozzle holder has tree spraying positions; if you turn it for 90

°

, the nozzle is closed.

You can clean the nozzle if you unscrew the nut. When putting together consider the line up.

When to replace or clean the nozzle?

- When we consume too much fluid according to the flow tables.
- When one nozzle is deviating from others.
- When the spraying angle is not uniform.

Cleaning and maintaining the nozzles

The  nozzles  are  made  from  oxide  ceramic  and  are  very  resistant  to  usage,  but  they
must  be  cleaned  with  a  brush  (toothbrush)  and  clean  water  or  alcohol.  Do  not  use
sharp objects for cleaning and do not let them fall.
The  membrane  valves  must  be  changed  when  the  fluid  is  dropping  more  than  10
seconds after closing the main valve.

Even small damages can change the spraying picture.
Do not turn the nozzle holders when pressure is in the system.

19. FAN DRIVE

The fan is driven over the belt with dimensions:

ZM 100 SN

17 x 1450 or 17 x 1460

ZM 200 SN

17 x 1450 or 17 x 1460

Before  each  work  with  the  sprayers  check  the  tension  of  the  belt.  Tension  of  the  belt can be
changed with screws on the pump plate. Always look, that the upper and lower pulley are in the
same line.
Regular check the nuts.
