BSC_TR0, set 0th E1/T1 channel TRING_0
(Transmiting).
ON means cable shield is connected to
grounging terminal;
OFF means cable shield is hanging (not
connected).
BSC_RR0, set 0th E1/T1 channel RRING_0
(Receiving).
ON means cable shield is connected to
grounging terminal;
OFF means cable shield is hanging (not
connected).
BSC_TR1, set 1st E1/T1 channel TRING_1
(Transmiting).
ON means cable sheild is connected to
grounging terminal;
OFF means cable shield is hanging (not
connected).
