1.2.2 Configuring the Out-of-Band NM
In out-of-band
mode, the non-service channel is used to transmit the management
information so that the management channel and service channel are separated.
Compared with the in-band NM mode, the out-of-band NM mode provides more reliable
equipment management channel. When the ZXA10 C300 is faulty, the network equipment
information can be located in time and monitored in real time.
Prerequisite
You have logged in to the ZXA10 C300 through HyperTerminal and entered administrator
mode.
Configuration Data
lists the configuration data of the out-of-band NM.
