1.16 Make a Video Call
Q
You need sufficient 3G signal strength to make and receive video
calls.
Q
Enter the phone number using the keypad or select from your
Contacts
Q
Press the
OK Key
and select
Video Call
to dial out.
Q
Press
to end the call.
Q
If the call is not successful you will be asked if you want to try a voice call instead.
Press the
Left Select Key
for the following options during a video call:
Q
Block my picture
: Send a still picture instead of your own image.
Q
Hold
: Sends a still picture instead of your own image and the voice is muted.
Q
Start recording video
: Records video reception from the other party (i.e. received
video stream).
Q
Use back camera
: Take picture making use of the camera at the back of phone.
Q
Brightness
: Adjust the brightness.
Q
Zoom
: Change the magnification of your own image.
Q
Own picture off
: Hide your picture.
Q
New text message
: Send SMS during a video call.
Q
Contacts
: Switch to Contacts interface.
