String is a combination of characters, separated by comma. The
character ranges from 0 to 9,*, #, A-D.

2.3.1
+CREG: network registration and roaming
Description
This command is used to check the module’s network registration and
roaming status.
Note: Need AT&W to save the result when setting 0 or 1.
Format AT+CREG=<mode>
+CREG :<mode>,<stat> return code
