The relevant information includes ping diagnosis and trace route diagnosis.
Steps
Ping Diagnosis
1. On the main page of the H3140, select Management&Diagnosis > Diagnosis to
the Diagnosis page.
2. Click to open Ping Diagnosis page, see Figure 7-14 .
