ENTERING TEXT
To enter letters, press the letter keys on the keyboard.
Press (
Shift key
) to switch the uppercase and lowercase letters. Press the
Shift key
twice to change to all caps.
Press (
Alt key
) to enter a number or alternate character shown on a key.
Press the
Alt key
twice to change to numeric mode.
To enter symbols, press (
Symbols key
), then use the
Up/Down/Left/Right
key
to locate a symbol. Press the
Center select key
to enter the symbol.
To move the cursor, press the
Up/Down/Left/Right key
.
To delete the character before the cursor, press (
Delete key
) or the
Clear
key
. Hold the
Delete key
or the
Clear key
to delete all characters before
the cursor.
To enter a carriage return, press (
Enter/return key
).
To enter a space, press
(
Space key
).
