Warranty
・Warranty is for 1 year from date of purchase.
・Repair may be made free of charge under the terms of free
repair. See SoftBank Website for terms of free repair.

・Warranty covers USB Modem. Cables and complimentary
sample accessories are not covered by free repair service.
Precautions
Damages
SoftBank Corp. is not responsible for any damages for
user or third party resulting from lost opportunities to
engage in communication, etc. due to breakage or trouble
of product.
Accidents/Repair
Files and settings may be lost or altered due to accidents
or repairs. Keep a copy of important files, etc. SoftBank
Corp. is not liable for damages resulting from loss or
alteration of files or settings due to accident or repair.
Disassembling/Modifying USB Modem
Disassembly/modification of USB modem is prohibited
under the Radio Law. Note that USB modem cannot be
accepted for repairs if modified.
After-Sales Service
SoftBank Shop. Have details of symptoms ready.
・During the warranty period, repairs are made under the
terms of free repair.
・After the warranty period, if USB modem can be repaired,
repairs will be made at cost.
Repair parts (for maintaining product performance) are
stocked for approximately 6 years after end of production.
However, repair may not be possible even at cost within this
period due to stock conditions.
