automatically switch off.
The waste bin

reached the maximum
fill level.
Move the slide switch to the
OFF
position and disconnect
the power cord from the
socket. Lift the main unit off
of the waste bin. Dispose
of the paper residue with
waste paper.
When not in use
If you do not use the paper shredder for a prolonged period of time, proceed as
follows:
1. Set the slide switch

OFF
position. The power LED (POWER)

will go
out.
2. Disconnect the power cord

from the socket.

Improperly cleaning the paper shredder may result in injury.
− The paper shredder will become hot during operation. Let the
paper shredder dry completely before you clean it.
