If you need to change a configuration, first open the Zoom Configuration Manager by entering
the following in your Web browser's address bar:

Enter Network Password
dialog box, type the following User Name and Password
in
lower case

OK
.

(The User Name and Password entered here are not the same as the User Name and Password
that your Internet service provider may have given you.)
