Network Settings
These menu functions are network services. Please contact your service provider to
check their ability and subscribe to them, if you so wish. Select Network and press
center key to access the options: call waiting, call forwarding, call barring and network
select mode.
11.2.1
Network select mode
The Network Select feature allows you to choose how the phone searches for the
network. You can set it to automatic selection and manual selection.
1)
Automatic (Automatic selection):
if you select Automatic, you are connected to
the first available network of SIM card.
2)
Manual (Manual selection):
if you select Manual, the phone scans the available
networks. Select the preferred network and then press <Select><Accept>. You are
connected to that network.
11.3
Call Settings
This menu is used for setting Calling Identity Delivery and the way of dialing and
receiving call. Press up and down keys to select option and press Left Softkey to
confirm.
11.3.1
Call Waiting
This feature means you are informed of a second incoming call by an audible tone in the
earpiece. Activating this feature enables you to specify whether or not answer the
second incoming call. Deactivating this feature, you are not informed of a second
incoming call by an audible tone in the earpiece, and the caller will hear a busy tone (If
the divert feature is activated, the second incoming call is automatically diverted to
another phone.)
11.3.2
Call forwarding
This network feature allows you to divert your incoming calls to your another number. If
you can not answer the phone, forward your incoming calls.
1)
Unconditional divert:
when activated, all of your incoming calls will be diverted.

2)
Busy divert:
when activated, calls will be diverted when you are already in a
call. You can Interrogate, Activate or Deactivate this feature.
3)
No answer divert:
when activated, calls will be diverted if you do not answer
your phone. You can Interrogate, Activate or Deactivate this feature.
4)
No service divert:
when activated, calls will be diverted if your phone is off or if
you are out of coverage. You can Interrogate, Activate or Deactivate this feature.
11.3.3
Call Barring
The call barring network service allows you to restrict your calls. This feature needs call
barring password supplied by your service provider.
1)
All Outgoing calls:
calls cannot be made except emergency call.
2)
All Int’l call:
international calls cannot be made.
3)
Int’l except to home:
when abroad, calls can be made only to numbers within
the current country and to your home country, which is the country where your
phone network provider is located.
4)
All incoming calls:
calls cannot be received.
