MODE (M)
— can be used to select the countdown mode: time, distance, or calories.
SPEED
— it is used to adjust (increase and decrease ) the speed in 0.1 km/h steps.
The buttons are located on the computer and handrails.
QUICK SPEED SELECTION BUTTONS
— they enable to select the speed directly (3, 6, 9, 12, 15 km/h).
INCLINE
— the buttons are used to adjust (increase and decrease) the inclination of the running
belt by one level at a time during the workout. The buttons are located on the computer and handrails.
QUICK INCLINE SET BUTTONS
— the buttons are used to select the running belt inclination directly
(levels 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10) during the workout.
FAN
— switches the fan on or off.
MUSIC PLAYBACK BUTTONS
The treadmill can play music from speakers or via headphones.
3.5 mm jack can be used to connect devices.

HEART RATE FUNCTION
After starting the treadmill, keep both palms on the heart rate sensors. The current heart rate is displayed
after 30 seconds. During the measurement, the computer displays a heart icon.
ATTENTION!
The heart rate is measured for sports purposes only (not for medical use).
MANUAL PROGRAMME
The manual programme is a default operating mode of the device. The treadmill starts operating in it once
you press
START
and no other workout plan is selected.
The default mode in the manual mode is 1 km/h.
The speed and inclination angle can be changed using buttons on the computer.
WORKOUT PROGRAMMES
Select one of 99 automatic workout programmes, pressing the
PROGRAM (P)
button until the relevant
number is displayed on the screen.
After you make your selection, the TIME window shows blinking ‘30:00’.
Workout programme time can be set using
SPEED
buttons.
The set workout time is divided into 10 stages proportionally. The table presents the stages and
corresponding speeds and inclination angles for every workout programme.
