7A. Start all 4 bolts. Do not tighten at this 

time.

7B. Once all 4 bolts have been started, 

tighten them securely.

Place unit onto its wheels and lock casters.

8. If the multi-adjustable knee pads or 

calf pads were ordered, loosen knobs on 

clamps and move up into position. 

9. For the Prone and Supine units depress 

the foot pedal to allow the legs to go past 

90˚.
