was developed for the treatment of male pseudogynaecomastia using
cryolipolysis technology.
Cryolipolysis is a medical treatment for the destruction of fat cells. Its principle is
based on controlled cooling in the range of -10°C to 5°C for the non-invasive,
localised reduction of fat deposits. The stress resulting from the cooling is adjusted
such that it causes cell death of the subcutaneous fat tissue without apparent
damage to the overlying skin.

Indication
Male pseudogynaecomastia
Contraindications
Make sure that your patient visits his doctor before treatment.
The settings on the device for the therapy must be adapted to the
patient’s condition
.
Treatment is not recommended in the following cases

Pregnant/breastfeeding women

Blood clotting disorders
•
Immune conditions
•
Cardiovascular conditions/heart failure
•
Liver conditions/liver failure
•
Kidney conditions/kidney failure
•
Patients with pacemakers
•
Severe cardiac dysrhythmias

Mental disorders
•
Unstable motivations
•
Large fat deposits
•
Obesity
•
Malignant tumours
•
Diabetes
•
Infection/eczema or acute inflammation in the treatment area
•
Hypertrophic scars in the treatment area
•
Regular consumption of anti-inflammatories or blood-thinning medication
•
Skin conditions in the treatment area
•
Erythema
•
Allergies to components of the cooling fleece
•
Area in which cryolipolysis treatment took place within the past 8 weeks
