Polar Response
Cardioid.
The polar response curve is a guideline for how to place the microphone at the
sound source.
The curve around the microphone represents the response at different angles form
the microphones centre.
The highest response at 0° (centre), slight reduction at 45°, more reduction at 90°,
and almost no response at 180° degrees.
