TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the following before contacting technical support:

The power cord is not
connected.
Insert the plug into the wall
socket
The water container is too full.
Remove some water from the
water container.
The water container has not
been replaced correctly.
Place the water container in the
correct position.
"Empty" light is blinking.
Fill the water container with
water.
The current humidity is higher
than programmed humidity.
If current humidity is higher
than programmed humidity, the
unit does not work to prevent to
much humidity.
The water container is empty.
Fill the water container with
water.
The inside of the device is dirty.
Wipe inside of the body with a
soft cloth.
The room is too large.
We recommend using a
humidifier with a bigger
capacity.
Too much moisture is absorbed.
We recommend using a
humidifier with a greater
capacity.
There is too much ventilation
Reduce ventilation (e.g. close
curtains and shut doors).
The air inlet filter is clogged.
Clean the air inlet filter.
Both "Dry" and "High
humidity" lights are
blinking at the same time
The thermistor detects hot water
in the water container (over
40°C).
Refill the water container with
cold water.
If "50" or programmed light is
blinking,humidity sensor is
malfunctioning.
Contact your dealer.
If "Continous" light is blinking,
the thermistor is malfunctioning Contact your dealer.
Operations stops
automatically after a few
minutes
If "40" and "60" of programmed
lights are blinking, heater is
disconnected.
Contact your dealer.
It is normal that the device does
not humidify in these conditions.
The device does not
humidify.
The relative humidity in the
room in which the device is
operating is too high or the
temperature is too low.
The humidifier works,
but does not sufficiently
increase the relative
humidity.
The unit does not work.
Moisture is not
generated
Can not set the
programmed setting
