Delay Settings
Range Settings
MX Configuration
Set the MX Loop Address
1 Connect the detector to the 801AP (Address
Programming)/ 850EMT (Engineering Man-
agement Tool) via the ancillary programming
lead that plugs into the back of the detector
(see Fig. 14).
2 Select the MX interface mode on the detec-
tor.
3 Enable programming by switching on the DIP
switch SW2-7.
4 Connect the programmer to the detector and
set the address as required.
5 Disconnect the programmer.
6 Turn off the programming switch SW2-7 on
the detector.

The alarm hold time is configurable using the PC400. The default is 10s.
In the MX mode these options may be set in Consys and configured by the panel see SW2-5.
