SECTION ЗА - KEYBOARD PAGING
ACCEPTANCE
Once the complete entry is made for either Keyboard Paging mode, the
Terminal batches the call, issues an acceptance message, and repeats the
process again with the first prompt.
A number of circumstances may arise that prevent the page from being
placed. If this is the case, the Terminal will issue a message to explain
why. The messages and their meanings are explained below.

* Number Out of Range *
Page and message batched normally.
The Logon identity was not recognized. The
Operator should try again, with care taken to
type Upper Case letters. Only 3 Logon
attempts are permitted before the Terminal
Disconnects.
The entered User Number is larger than any
User Number in the Database.
* User Invalidated *
* No Format *
* Batches are Full *
* User Requires Message *
* bye *
User Invalidated.
The User is programmed for a non-existent
Paging Format or the entered Format does not
exist.
A Batch was not available for
the page just received (a
retry in a few seconds will
probably result in success).
Any page to this User requires
an accompanying message and
none was received. --OR--
Message Required was set to
Yes and the Format Message
Length was set to 0.
The Paging Terminal has disconnected.
