Product Warranty:
The warranty card is the only warranty certificate, and it will be effective only when
the card was sealed by the dealer. Products from the purchase date (sales receipts
to date of purchase) of 12 months, are warrantied. Except the followings:
Limited warranty:
1) cannot provide the certificate or a valid sales document, or altered, or does not
match with the product.
2) due to misuse, abnormal use, taking apart by yourself, altering the appearance
and other human factors damage.
3) fails to product specifications and proper installation diagram, use and
maintenance of damage.
4) parts of consumables and consumption of normal wear and tear.
5) due to natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquakes,fires,
typhoons, lightning, etc.) causes the failure or damage.
ZETLIGHT will not see to the other products and related equipments, furnitures.
Warranty service within the scope of the project is free, after the warranty period,
repair or maintenance, will be charged an appropriate fee. When it needs to be
repaired, you need toprovide this card and sales invoice.So please keep it
carefully.Thanks.
