Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: Corded / Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Screwdriver, Hammer /
Mallet, 13mm Spanner / Adjustable Spanner.
Katrina Picnic Table is now complete.
1.
Locate Leg (A) between rails on underside of Table-Top (B), align bolt holes and
insert 2no 140mm bolts per Leg. See Fig 1. Repeat procedure for remaining
Legs. Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Please note that each of Bench Support Rails (C), have 1 pre drilled screw hole
at 1 end, and 2 pre drilled screw holes at the other end, which are located approx
30mm down from top edge of the Support Rail. Ensure that both pairs of Bench
Support Rails are orientated to allow for a total of 3no holes per end / per pair.
Partially insert 4no 140mm bolts into predrilled bolt holes in Bench Support Rail
(C), position as shown in Fig 2a, align with bolt holes in Legs and tap bolts
through. Position the second (of the pair) Bench Support Rail onto bolt ends and
tap into position. See Fig 2b. Repeat procedure for the remaining Legs. Attach
nuts and washers but do not fully tighten at this stage.

Position Diagonal Bracing (D) as shown in Fig 3a & 3b. Attach using 2no 50mm
screws. Repeat procedure for opposite Diagonal Bracing.
4.
Turn table over and position Bench Assembly (E) onto Bench Support Rails as
shown in Fig 4a. Secure in position using 12no 70mm screws (6no screws per
Bench). See Figs 4b,4c & 4d. Repeat procedure for remaining Bench Assembly.
5.
Fully tighten
ALL
nuts at this stage.
