PNEUMATIC PORT ASSIGNMENTS
1. Open/unclamp port by air gun or robot air
docking probe.
2. Close/clamp port push button air release by
operator manually or robot probe.
3. Air blast port for Air Pressure Differential Sensing of
clamped confirmation by robot air docking probe.
Note: For the 2 bottom ports 4 & 5 the 3 side
ports are closed with 1/4” BSPT metric plugs and
the 2 bottom M5 X 0.5 plugs removed.
Requires 2 counterbores and O-rings on the
mating connection surface.
4. Open/unclamp, close/clamp port.
5. Air blast port for Air Pressure Differential Sensing
of clamped confirmation.
Air inlet port fitting 1 & 3 made of Poly-U
material for enhanced sealing
