Smartphone Application
You can download a smartphone application that lets you
perform the following tasks related to your motorcycle:
Adjust the CUSTOM mode for performance gains
Collect and email logs to Zero support staff
Examine the precise State of Charge (SOC) of your
motorcycle
Examine real time power usage
The Smartphone application is available for free at both
the Apple iTunes store and Google Play store. iTunes® is
a registered trademark of Apple. Google Play® store is a
registered trademark of Google.
Bluetooth
®
Pairing
The following steps must be taken to properly pair a
Bluetooth®-equipped smartphone with your motorcycle.
1. Ensure that the motorcycle is not Armed. The
motorcycle must be keyed ON, the kickstand must be in
the down position, and the run switch must be in the
Stop position.
2. Press and hold the Mode button on the right handlebar
for a minimum of 5 seconds until the Bluetooth®
symbol on the dash begins to blink, then you may
release the Mode button.
3. Your motorcycle will be discoverable with the
Bluetooth® ID of ZeroMotorcyclesXXXXX (XXXXX
refers to the last 5 digits of the motorcycle’s VIN).
For iOS devices, go to the Settings application on
your smartphone and locate the Bluetooth® menu
and pair with your motorcycle
For Android devices, go to the Settings tab in your
Zero Android application and choose the button with
the Bluetooth® symbol
Note: When the Bluetooth® indicator on the dash
display is solid, your motorcycle and smart phone are
paired over Bluetooth®.
