4.2 Operating Instructions 

 

 4.2.1  Console Operation

   

Turn on the power and enter the front page. Read the instruction on the 

screen.  

 

 

Press 

  key to enter the “MAIN MENU”. 

 

 

Select the program category.   

 

Choose “QUICK START” for using the equipment without an 

on-screen coach, or “PERSONAL COACH” for using the equipment 

with an on-screen coach.   

 

Note: When any program is completed and no buttons are pressed 

within1 minute, the system will automatically return to the main menu. 

When the the system remains idle for 10 minutes, the system display 

will enter standby mode.  Simply touch the screen to wake the
