General problems
Soap suds in the tub of the
dishwasher
Improper detergent.
Use only special dishwasher detergents to avoid soap suds If the soap suds do appear, open the
dishwasher and let them evaporate. Add ca. 4.5 liter of water to the tub and start the rapid program
cycle to empty the dishwasher. Repeat the process, if necessary.

Always clean any spilled shiner at once.
Stains inside the tub of the
dishwasher
A detergent with a dye was used.
Make sure you use a dye-free detergent.
White sediment on the
outside surface
Minerals present in hard water.
To clean the inside of the dishwasher use a wet sponge with a detergent for dishwashers – remember
to wear rubber gloves. Never use other cleaning agents than the dishwasher detergents – this will
prevent any foam or soap suds from appearance.

Glass cloudiness
The effect occurs when the water is soft and
there is too much detergent.
The effect will be more satisfactory, if you use less detergent and selecting shorter cycles which work
better with soft water.
Black or grey traces on
plates
Traces of aluminum cutlery touching against
plates.
Use a gentle abrasive agent to remove the smudges.
There is detergent left in
the dispenser
The dishes block the detergent container.

Unsatisfactory drying effect
Dishes do not dry up
Improper loading.
Load the dishes according to the guidelines.
Not enough shiner.
Increase the amount of shiner/refill the shiner.
The dishes were removed too quickly.
Do not remove the dishes right after cleaning. Leave the door slightly open to let the steam out. Start
unloading the dishwasher only when the dishes are warm to the touch. Remove the dishes from the
bottom basket first. This will prevent the dishes from the upper basket from dripping.
An improper program was selected.
In shorter programs the temperature is lower. Thus it decreases the effectiveness of washing. Select
a program with longer washing time.
