Slide the SAFBAG dust bag module together with the
installed bag in the tracks located on the side of the vacuum
cleaner chamber. Close the cover by pressing it until you
hear a characteristic click – pay attention not to trap the dust
bag.
Do not start vacuuming before installing the
SAFBAG dust bag/”CYKLON” dust container
module. The absence of the module prevents
locking the front cover of the vacuum cleaner.
ZELMER vacuum cleaners are equipped with SAFBAG dust
bags in the amount indicated in the table. It is recommended
to replace the dust bag if:
a) the SAFBAG dust bag/”CYKLON” dust container full
indicator will lit up,
b) the safety valve activates,
c) the vacuum cleaner operates poorly,
d) the dust bag is full.
The number of SAFBAG bags set that can be purchased,
is placed on a sticker located in the vacuum chamber.
Disassembly/assembly of the “CYKLON”
dust container
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a removable dust
container “CYKLON” in which dirt is accumulated. The dust
container “CYKLON” must be emptied once full.

Switch off the vacuum cleaner by pressing the “on/off”
button

and unplug the appliance.

Press the two side buttons on the end of the hose and
remove the hose end from the inlet opening of the vacuum
cleaner.

Release the catch of front cover

and open it.

Remove the “CYKLON” dust container from the vacuum
cleaner chamber.

Pull the fastening on the cover of the “CYKLON”
dust container and open it. Remove the garbage from the
container.
After performing this activity, check the basic
EPA filter and if necessary clean or replace the
filter.

Place and close the cover of the “CYKLON” dust
container, press it hard until you hear the characteristic click.
The container must be tightly closed.
Otherwise the dust might enter the vacuum
cleaner chamber and the suction power will be
reduced.

Place the emptied “CYKLON” dust container into the
chamber of the vacuum cleaner.

Close the cover by pressing it until you hear
a characteristic click.

Slide the inlet filter casing with the installed inlet filter
from the tracks on the back side of the vacuum cleaner
chamber.

Remove the inlet filter

from the inlet filter casing.

If the inlet filter

is dirty, it may be washed with running
water. Remember to dry it off before reinstalling the filter.
Due to safety reasons it is forbidden to install
a wet inlet filter (11).

Place the new/clean filter into the inlet filter casing

Always replace a damaged inlet filter with
a brand new, original one.

Slide the inlet filter casing together with the filter in the
tracks until stop to the previous position.

Insert the SAFBAG dust bag module/the “CYKLON” dust
container into the vacuum cleaner chamber.

Close the cover by pressing it until you hear
a characteristic click.
SAFBAG dust bag disassembly/assembly

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a safe valve
which is situated in the dust container chamber.
The valve opens automatically when the suction
hose or adjoining elements are cluttered, and
also when the SAFBAG dust bag/”CYKLON” dust
container is full. After opening it, you shall hear
a characteristic fluttering in the vacuum cleaner.
After opening the safety valve, the SAFBAG dust
bag /”CYKLON” dust container full indicator will
lit up.

during operation (with the nozzle or the brush lifted above
the cleaned surface) it means that the bag is full and needs
to be replaced. In addition the dust bag full indicator

may
activate if the suction hose or the elements attached to the
suction hose are clogged.

Release the block of the bag, and remove the SAFBAG
dust bag of its module. Close the SAFBAG dust bag cover to
block the opening of the filled bag. Throw the bag out.

Insert the plate of the new dust bag in the tracks of
the SAFBAG dust bag module

and slide it until stop.
The direction for inserting the dust bag is indicated by the
arrow on the bag.
