button to turn the appliance on.

Enter the desired value by using the numerical
keyboard.

Start the countdown by pressing the

When the countdown is up,
you are going to hear a repeating
sound signal (30 repetitions). The
signal may be stopped by pressing
any button.
When setting the alarm values, press the
to delete the entered value.
When the alarm is set press the

to cancel the countdown and enter a new value.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The appliance is equipped with a built-in thermometer which
measures and displays ambient temperature.
The temperature is displayed in centigrade ( ).
AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN (BATTERY SAVING
MODE)
The appliance is going to shut down automatically, if no
operation is made for ca. 2 minutes, and the display show
the “ ” symbol.

However, we advise to turn off the scale after
your work is done in order to maximize the
battery life time.
REPLACING BATTERIES
The battery compartment is situated on the bottom of the
scale. Before first use open the compartment and insert new
batteries.

In order to insert new batteries or replace old ones, open
the cover of the battery compartment

Insert three AAA 1.5 V batteries to replace the used ones.
Make sure the batteries are inserted with a right polarity.
