USING THE HAIR CLIPPER CONNECTED TO THE MAINS SUPPLY
Check if the appliance is OFF.

Insert the adaptor connector into the charging port on the appliance and press all the
way in.

Insert the adaptor plug into a suitable mains supply outlet (see the rating plate on the
adaptor).
When charging, the current battery level is displayed graphically and
numerically (in percentage) and the power indicator light is on.

Switch on the appliance using the ON/OFF button

After switch-on, the current battery level is displayed graphically and
numerically (in percentage) and the power indicator light is on.
If the appliance does not work right after it has been plugged into the mains
outlet and wsitched on, the battery may be completely discharged. In this
case, switch off the appliance and set it aside for one minute to recharge,
then switch on again.
Switch the appliance off after use, unplug the adaptor from the power outlet
and disconnect adaptor connector from the charging port on the unit.
Never use the appliance in humid places (e.g. bathroom) if it is connected
to the mains.
The battery level drops even if the appliance is operated with the mains
power supply. Recharge the battery once in thee weeks.
CHARGING THE BATTERY ALONE
Before removing the battery, make sure the appliance is off and the adaptor
connector is disconnected from the charging port on the appliance.

Press the battery release button.

Remove the battery.

Insert the adaptor connector into the charging port on the battery. Insert the adaptor
plug into a suitable mains supply outlet (see the rating plate on the adaptor).
