The vacuum does not work or
works intermittently.
1.1. No voltage in the socket.
Make sure the socket is powered.
1.2. Connecting cord or internal wiring
damaged.
Disassemble the vacuum cleaner, check the
power cord and internal wiring. Remove the
problem or replace damaged cords. Make all
connections according to the wiring diagram.
1.3.Damaged rewinder.
Disassemble the rewinder, find the fault and
remove it or replaced the damaged part.
1.4. Defective switch.
Replace the switch.
1.5. Defective contact between the brush
and the commutator due to soiling.
Follow the motor's Service Manual.
1.6. Brushes are badly worn or hanging in
the brushholder.
1.7. Short circuit or break in rotor winding.
1.8. A break in the stator winding.
1.9. Bearing failure.
1.10.Faulty PCB,
control PCB or triac plate.
Check which plate is damaged,
then replace it with a new one.

Excessive heating of the
vacuum cleaner.
2.1. Excessive motor heating.
Follow the motor's Service Manual.
2.2. Excessively dirty filter.
Replace the inlet or outlet filter, or the damper
insert.

Low vacuum or air output.
6.1. Short circuit or break in rotor winding. Proceed as in step 1.7.
6.2. Excessively dirty filter.
Clean or replace filter.
6.3. Damaged seal.
Replace the seal with a new one.

Replace the container.

Electronic
vacuum
sensor
does not react when the air
inlet in the container is
obstructed.
7.1. Faulty sensor.
Replace the faulty sensor with a new one.
7.2. Faulty sensor light.
Replace the light with a new one.
7.3. Disconnected or bent tube.
Properly install the tube.

After the bag is removed, the
cover in the container does
not return to its top position
and does not cover the
sleeve.
8.1. Make sure that both springs are in
their sockets.
Complete the missing spring.

Damaged vacuum sensor
11.1. Faulty PCB.
Connect the hose and vacuum gauge. Set the
power range at level four and observe when
the bag full light switches on. Make several
attempts by sliding the cover on the hose.
This value should be 180 mbar.
In case of failure replace the plate -
1600.X115A with a new one

Remote control in the handle
does not work
Faulty PCB.
Replace the remote 559.0050.
